Brenton’s path to the renewable energy sector is marked by exploration and passion. After finishing high school in 2005, he initially pursued an advanced diploma in justice at RMIT but soon realised his true calling lay in the trades. His journey began at Reece Plumbing, and in 2007, he started an apprenticeship with NECA, where he gained invaluable experience in industrial, commercial, and residential electrical work.

Following his apprenticeship's completion in 2011, Brenton worked with various small electrical companies before joining solar company Greenpower in 2012, focusing on residential installation projects. His career took a transformative turn when he spent 2018 in France, broadening his horizons and solar experience in a completely different environment.

Upon returning, Brenton joined Greenwood Solutions doing commercial solar installations. A fortuitous meeting with Clint and Steve in 2021 saw him come onboard as a Director and installations expert with CBR. Along with Clint, Brenton is a technical master of primarily residential work but also is very experienced in commercial and industrial design and installation.
