Refer a Friend Program - How it Works!!

At CBR Renewable Energy Solutions (“CBR”), we believe good things are better when shared!

If you're already enjoying the benefits of solar power, battery storage or electric heat pump with us, why not spread the word and get rewarded for it? Our Refer a Friend Program is your chance to make a difference in your friends' lives and earn a little something for yourself in return!

How Does It Work?

It's simple! Refer a friend, neighbour, or even a family member in Victoria, and once they complete their solar, battery or electric heat pump installation with us, you’ll receive a fantastic reward. And the best part? There's no limit to how many friends you can refer – the more, the merrier!

Eligibility

  1. The Program is open to existing customers of CBR who have previously completed a solar, battery or electric heat pump installation with CBR.

  2. The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously engaged CBR for any services.

  3. Both the above participants must be residents of Victoria.

How to Participate

  1. To participate, the referrer must share their unique CBR Referral code with their referred friend. The referred friend will use the referral code when visiting CBR’s website or can click the button within the direct correspondence (text or email) received from the Referrer.

  2. The friend must complete a solar, battery or electric heat pump installation with CBR to qualify for the reward.

  3. The referrer will receive a reward for each successful referral once the friend’s installation is complete and fully paid.

Reward

  1. The Referrer will receive $200 for each successful referral.

  2. The reward will be issued within 21 business days after the friend’s installation is completed and paid in full.

  3. There is no limit to the number of friends a referrer can nominate; however, the reward is only applicable for new referrals that meet the conditions stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Basic Conditions for Valid Referrals

  1. The friend must sign a contract with CBR within 21 days of receiving their proposal.

  2. Referrals must be made within CBR’s official referral program utilising the Referral code link. Other forms of submission (e.g., word of mouth without documentation) will not qualify for rewards.

  3. Both the Referrer and Friend must reside in Victoria and meet CBR's standard eligibility requirements for solar, battery or electric heat pump installation services.

  4. CBR reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will not affect referrals already in process.

  5. Referrals that result in cancellations or are identified as fraudulent or suspicious will not qualify for rewards.

  6. CBR reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms.
